Larry Medrano is the acting Cybersecurity Manager for the Port of Corpus Christi, leading strategic development of its cybersecurity program and helping the Port achieve ISO 27001:2022 certification. He also serves as acting Deputy Chief of Cybersecurity & Threat Intelligence for the Houston FBI InfraGard Maritime Cross-Sector Council. With over a decade in government cybersecurity, he holds CISSP, CISM, CRISC, and CCISO certifications, an MBA, a B.S., and additional IT degrees.
