Dr. Jackie Earle holds a Ph.D. from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. She also holds a certification in modeling and simulation and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Dr. Earle previously worked at NASA Langley Research Center as a GIS Analyst where she specialized in geospatial analysis related to operations of NASA Langley Research Center as well as Johnson Space Center.   She completed her dissertation work at the Virginia Modeling, Analysis and Simulation Center (VMASC) in Suffolk, Virginia. In February of 2011 she joined the US Coast Guard Atlantic Area Operations Analysis Division. In 2018 she assumed the duties as US Coast Guard Atlantic Area’s Chief of Operational Planning, Performance & Analysis. Her area of focus is modeling and simulation efforts related to Coast Guard mission areas.  Dr. Earle also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Regent University in the College of Business teaching several courses including Business Statistics and Data Analytics.
